Add potatoes, onions, spinach and green chili to the gram flour mixture and mix all the ingredients well.Leave the mixture for about 15 minutes and then start frying. For frying take a deep pan and fill it about ¾ of it with vegetable oil.Heat the oil on medium heat.Take a tablespoon, fill it with mixture and drop it into hot oil.Add about 8 to 10 medium size pakoray at a time, but don’t overcrowd the pan otherwise temperature of oil drops and they won’t cook evenly.Fry them for about 5 to 7 minutes or until they become golden and crispy from each side.Repeat same process and make all the pakoray from the mixture.Serve them hot with mint chutney or ketchup and enjoy.
